Up to $25+/hour (based on experience) + $2.00 shift differential for 2nd shift
We are seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Production Team Leader for our Belmond, IA location, to ensure our team there safely meets or exceeds production requirements and customer quality expectations.

What will you be doing?
- You will ensure that all closing processes have been completed at the end of your shift and that the production equipment is set up for the next day.
- Troubleshoot processes, equipment, and products and consult with maintenance as needed regarding needs for repair or replacement.
- Support your team by ensuring proper tools and equipment are available and in correct location.
- Perform regular quality checks to provide the best possible service for our customers
- Analyze production for areas of improvement to maintain efficiency and meet production quotas.
- Provide regular coaching and recognize the strengths of your team to use their skills in the most effective areas.
- Work closely with site leadership on recognizing employee achievements and continued development.
- Uphold high levels of safety expectations at all times, including incident reports, spills, or equipment needs of your team.
What makes you the right fit?
- You have at least a high school diploma (or equivalent), but even better if you have some college!
- You have been in leadership roles or had leadership responsibilities for at least 3 years before.
- You can demonstrate a high level of hands-on servant leadership to motivate a team.
- If you are bilingual (English/Spanish) that is a big plus!
- You can demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills primarily focused on Microsoft Office software like Excel.
- You are highly aware of health and safety needs in a warehouse environment.
- You work with integrity and professionalism every day!
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
