Production Supervisor - 2nd shift (Direct Hire)

Prestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a direct hire 2nd shift opportunity with outstanding benefits.

Primary Responsibilities include:
·         Direct all plant activities on 2nd shift

·         Employee training and performance reviews

·         Assess labor requirement vs headcount

·         Monitor quality of product

·         Conducting shift meetings

·         Lead and facilitate corrective action and continuous improvement teams

Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

·         Minimum (4) years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

·         Must be available to work any shift

·         Experience with welding, robotics, and assembly methods

·         Lean manufacturing experience required
