Production Supervisor 2nd Shift
Location: Fall River, MA Shift: 2nd Shift | MondayFriday (rotating Saturdays) Pay: $60,000$80,000+ annually (based on experience)
We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations on 2nd shift. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving production, maintaining quality standards, promoting a safe work environment, and developing a high-performing team during evening operations.
Responsibilities
Supervise and support production employees on 2nd shift.
Schedule and prioritize work to meet production goals and customer deadlines.
Monitor productivity, quality, scrap, and downtime while driving continuous improvement.
Train, coach, and develop employees while holding the team accountable to performance expectations.
Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures.
Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and incoming/outgoing shift leadership to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.
Complete production reports, attendance tracking, and daily documentation.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
3+ years of production supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Experience managing production schedules, KPIs, and daily operations.
Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
