Production Supervisor 2nd Shift – Forest Park, IL

You bring strong manufacturing leadership experience, including experience in a coating and converting environment preferred, and the ability to lead effectively within a union workplace environment. Key to your success is that you have experience working within an ERP system ( we use Infor CSI) with a strong focus on production scheduling and coordination. You are comfortable being on the floor, communicating clearly, and building trust through consistency and respect.

 

In this role, you’ll help create a steady, well-run environment where people know what’s expected, feel supported, and can do their best work every day.

 

This position supports the 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM shift. Compensation includes a salary range of $65,000–$85,000 (based on experience and qualifications), participation in an incentive bonus program, and a competitive benefits package.
