    Description

Production Supervisor 2nd Shift – Forest Park, IL

At Duraco, we create a workplace where people are respected, safety comes first, and teams support each other to get the job done right. This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with a union workforce to keep operations running smoothly and consistently.
    • Lead, coach, and support operators in a union (collective bargaining) environment
    • Oversee daily production—assign work, manage schedules, and ensure quality, safety, and output goals are met
    • Drive accountability and continuous improvement across the team, focusing on efficiency, quality, and waste reduction.
You bring strong manufacturing leadership experience, including experience in a coating and converting environment preferred, and the ability to lead effectively within a union workplace environment. Key to your success is that you have experience working within an ERP system ( we use Infor CSI) with a strong focus on production scheduling and coordination. You are comfortable being on the floor, communicating clearly, and building trust through consistency and respect.

In this role, you’ll help create a steady, well-run environment where people know what’s expected, feel supported, and can do their best work every day.

This position supports the 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM shift. Compensation includes a salary range of $65,000–$85,000 (based on experience and qualifications), participation in an incentive bonus program, and a competitive benefits package. You’ll be part of a collaborative culture that values practical thinking, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
