2nd Shift Production Supervisor
Position Summary
The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing and shipping operations,
ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to customer specifications. This role
develops and supports employees, drives process compliance and continuous improvement,
and partners across departments to achieve production, quality, and delivery goals while
fostering the company's culture.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily production and shipping activities to achieve safety, quality, and on-time
delivery objectives.
• Coach, train, and develop team members while ensuring adherence to established
processes and standards.
• Monitor production schedules, allocate resources, and adjust priorities to meet
customer demand.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate process
documentation to support audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, Process Teams, and Document Control
to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Support a smooth transition between shifts through effective communication and
coordination.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment that reflects Flexfab
values.

Qualifications
• College degree, relevant certification, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous production supervision or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.
• Familiarity with manufacturing, shipping, or logistics operations.
• Experience with LN, Master Planning Board, and Baan IV preferred.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
