2nd shift 430pm - 1am Monday - Friday
**Supervisors come in 20-30 minutes early to prepare for the shift & stay after the shift to send reports etc.
**Overtime and weekend work mandatory as needed.

Pay: Depends on experience but will be between $18-$24ph to start.
Responsibilities:
- The main duties for this position are to oversee the day-to-day workflow of the production staff.
- Ensure timely execution of production processes with accuracy and efficacy in a challenging environment.
- Review and submit daily production reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy.
- Perform required administrative tasks; prepares required reports and correspondence.
- Assist with inventory activities.
Requirements:
- Forklift Certified.
- Knowledge of automotive requirements/planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate level in Excel and Outlook or above
- 2+ years' experience of working as a Production Supervisor or other similar position.
- High School Diploma required; degree in a relevant area will be a bonus.
- YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A HAIR DRUG SCREEN
