National footprint food manufacturer in Central Indiana seeks a 2nd shift Production Supervisor, M-F. This is a "foot in the door" role that will allow career advancement into other shifts & Leadership roles within the organization.
Applicants must have proven supervisory experience in food manufacturing to be successful and considered for this role. Whether one's experience comes from an FDA or USDA facility does not matter. Experience supervising a production team of 20 or more hourly associates is required. Manufacturing offers a diverse workforce, so if a professional speaks another language besides English, that could be helpful, but it is not required.
Compensation can go up to $85,000/year, depending on experience, with paid straight time on Saturdays (1-2 per month) if one has worked their 45 hours during M-F. Bonus potential of 12%, which has been paid at 100% in recent years. Some relocation assistance is offered.
