The 2nd Shift Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing evening production operations within a manufacturing environment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality execution. This role leads hourly production employees, manages daily priorities, and ensures work is completed to schedule while meeting quality and performance standards.
