Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problemsFollow company and departmental principles, rules, guidelines, etc. with regards to health and safety, ISO/IATF requirements, Lean manufacturing principles, and good housekeepingOther duties may be assigned. Education/ExperienceBachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 2 to 5 years of directly related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk and listen. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
