Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift Overtime Required Duties /Responsibilities - Assist production team members and ensure the production line is working.
- Load parts and materials onto trucks for customers.
- Assign staff members to different areas of the production plant.
- Assign tasks to staff members.
- Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety rules.
- Communicate with operations lead materials needed for production.
- Contribute to retaining staff and keeping a low turnover rate.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide training where necessary.
- Complete 30/60/90-day reviews with each new hire.
- Make sure each new hire completes the training program with their assigned trainer.
- Coach and work with HR on coaching’s/write ups.
- Resolve workplace disputes.
Qualifications - Experience working in manufacturing in a managerial role.
- Natural leadership abilities.
