Production Supervisor
2nd Shift
Job duties include :
Managing, training and assisting production employees
Ensuring volume and quality of work meets company standards
Setting up and operating various types of production equipment
Providing comprehensive status reports to VP of Operations
Qualifications:
Supervisory experience in production or factory environment
Strong mechanical, technical and communication skills
Excellent attendance and willingness to learn all aspects of job
Ability to work from a standing position and bend/lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs
Shift Schedule:
Monday through Friday 2:35pm - 11:15pm
Extra hours and weekend work occasionally required
Training provided. Excellent benefits available
Mechanical aptitude assessment required
Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check required
