We're on the hunt for a strong 2nd Shift Production Supervisor who knows how to lead, motivate, and bring out the best in a team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the evening shift, making sure the team is set up for success with the right materials, tools, and direction to keep production running smoothly. You'll be a visible leader on the floor, coaching employees, answering questions, and maintaining momentum without getting pulled into the build work yourself. Your focus will be on accountability, organization, and consistency-ensuring people are where they need to be, processes are followed, and quality standards are met.

You'll also play a key role in keeping communication tight between shifts, working closely with plant management to ensure a seamless handoff and continued progress on all jobs. From managing staffing and resources to reinforcing safety and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace, you'll help set the tone for a productive night. What you bring:

• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisor's experience.
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising personnel and production operations is required.
• Detail-oriented, proficient with basic math.
• Ability to work without supervision and to make appropriate decisions.
• Strong communication skills to actively listen and clearly verbalize ideas and action plans.
• Experience in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Work Environment

• This is an on-site role requiring daily interaction with employees and managers.
• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds at times.
