The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of powder coating standards, and the ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production workflows and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including output levels, waste, and downtime.
• Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
