Position Summary:
This job is responsible for leading and developing a team of production employees to consistently deliver high-quality meat products in a safe, sanitary, and efficient environment. This role ensures daily production goals are met by effectively managing people, equipment, and processes while maintaining full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and food safety standards.

This role is also eligible to receive additional pay if required to work more than 5 days per week as well as participate in the company discretionary quarterly bonus plan based on company performance.
