Production Supervisor
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor for second shift to lead daily warehouse and production operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can drive productivity, maintain quality standards, and support a safe, positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Computer and scanner experience
- Sit down Forklift experience
- Inventory tracking and inventory control experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor employees
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with scheduling and shift coordination
- Ability to enforce company policies and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and warehouse operations
- Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy
- Train and support team members
- Coordinate staffing and shift schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
We offer $26.50/hour. After 90 days, an increase and transition to annual salary and benefits.
