Description: Key ResponsibilitiesDuties and ResponsibilitiesLeads a project team or multiple smaller project teams or leads a functional team or unit in area of expertise.Prepares monitors and may be responsible for budget staffing and or businessoperational results of a functional team or project.Directly manages individual contributors and may manage other supervisors or group leaders.Audits work processes and products to confirm production specifications are met.Maintains and updates production records and produces reports as necessary.Manages operation to maximize production of quality products and minimize cost.Trains and evaluates production employees.ScopeCoordinates and supervises the daily activities of business or technical support or production teamSets priorities for the team to ensure task completion coordinates work activities with other supervisorsDecisions are guided by policies procedures and business plan receives guidance and oversight from managerTypically does not spend more than 20 of time performing the work supervisedAll Employees ShallComply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirementsReport to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazardsAttend scheduled EH&S training programActively support the organizations efforts to meet or exceed EH&S goals and plansRecommend improved EH&S practicesMust be able to communicate effectively with co-workers supervisors and third parties.
