This role reports to the Production Manager and is onsite, focusing on ensuring efficient, cost-effective manufacturing that meets demand, quality, and planning targets.
Responsibilities include production planning and execution, monitoring operational performance, leading team development, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Qualifications required are a degree with relevant experience or equivalent work history, with preferred supervisory and Lean Six Sigma or PMP certifications.
