SUMMARY: The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading production and maintenance teams to achieve operational, safety, quality, and productivity goals within a high‑volume manufacturing environment. This role oversees up to 30 technical employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, environmental health and safety standards, and quality requirements. The supervisor drives continuous improvement, supports strategic planning, manages workforce utilization and maintenance activities, and serves as the site leader during off‑shift or management absence. Acting as a key liaison between operations and support functions, the Production Supervisor promotes lean manufacturing practices, employee development, and a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.

Minimum 3 years Manufacturing experience working in high volume production required
Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
Demonstrate success in teamwork environment as a team leader or facilitator in achieving goals and objectives.
Strong coaching ability required
Must have proficient computer skills (word, excel, Power Point).
Knowledge of MRP/ Kan Ban/Constraint Management. Experience w/SAP helpful
Self -motivated and hands-on.
Strong knowledge of EHS requirements and standards.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Textile manufacturing and IATF16949, ISO 14001; ISO45001 experience preferred.
Strong oral / written communication skills required
Project management experience helpful
Must have Excellent Interpersonal relations required.

Comply with Environmental Health & Safety Rules and Regulations. Understand and adhere to the EHS Cardinal Rules. Must be able to understand what hazards are associated with their position and how to minimize them.
