Description

Pay: $65,000 - $72,000

Shift: 10PM - 6AM (Training 4 weeks: M-F 6AM - 2PM)

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all production job orders to assure the client’s satisfaction and the continued growth

Leaders are required to arrive 30mins before shift start.

January is our busiest time of the year and typically work the everyday that month.
Need print industry experience - this is a MUST HAVE. ideally experience in cannon or xerox printers.

Looking for strong leadership & development capabilities. A motivated self-starter that is able to lead with positive re-enforcement.
Will lead a team of 6 -8 employees - responsible for managing team and PTO schedules for this team.

Able to oversee the growth and development of their team.

· Leading and managing a team through a wide variety of employee centered issues requiring knowledge of employment law, knowledge of corporate/location policies and procedures, effective communications, performance appraisal procedures, performance management, hiring and interviewing, documentation, interpersonal skills, coaching skills, change management, conflict resolution, delegation, goal setting, motivation and employee engagement.

· Hands-on supervision of daily operations including workflow scheduling, management of staff scheduling, monitoring productivity and quality, production process troubleshooting, and all other activities required to ensure on time delivers and 100% customer satisfaction.

· Daily communication with other shifts and departments regarding workflow, staffing, and production issues.

· Daily focus on leading production team to exceed performance goals and continue to raise the bar.
