Seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operations on the manufacturing floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
You'll oversee the entire production process, monitor yields, make real-time adjustments, and ensure compliance with safety and USDA standards.
Responsibilities include guiding and coaching team members, maintaining product quality, analyzing performance metrics, and driving continuous improvements.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands like lifting up to 50 pounds and working near mechanical equipment.
Knowledge of food processing, manufacturing, SAP, and bilingual skills are a plus.
This role may require up to 5% travel and involves working in diverse conditions, including cold, heat, and noisy environments.
