Production Supervisor 3rd Shift HMMA

Tier One Supplier to Hyundai is seeking a new team member!! Company offers great benefits.

Schedule:10:00 pm - 6:30 am Sunday - Thursday. Supervisors come in 30 minutes early and leave when they close out the shift

Pay: Depends on experience.

The main duties for this position are to oversee the day-to-day workflow of the production staff.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely execution of production processes with accuracy and efficacy in a challenging environment.
• Review and submit daily production reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy.
• Perform required administrative tasks; prepares required reports and correspondence.
• Assist with inventory activities.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Forklift Certified.
• Knowledge of automotive requirements/planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good practical experience with MS Office.
• Intermediate level in Excel or above.
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A HAIR DRUG SCREEN
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A PHYSICAL

Education and Experience:

• 2+ years' experience of working as a Production Supervisor or other similar position.
• High School Diploma required; degree in a relevant area will be a bonus.
