Key responsibilities




• Execute the production schedule efficiently to meet operational targets.


• Develop and maintain SOPs in collaboration with site engineers to ensure consistency and efficiency.


• Lead and develop plant production personnel, building a strong and capable team.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company (Kerry) standards.


• Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.


• Manage production operations within budget, ensuring cost control and performance.


• Foster a positive working environment focused on continuous improvement.


• Partner with the HSE function to maintain a safe working environment.


• Ensure all products are manufactured according to specifications and quality standards.


• Oversee KPIs to monitor performance, reduce losses, and drive accountability.






Qualifications and skills




• BS or MS degree in Engineering, Business, Food Science, or a related field.


• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industry.


• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, FSAI).


• Experience with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies.


• Proven project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution.


• Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills to coach and motivate teams.


• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and decision-making under pressure.






Compensation Data



The pay range for this position is $63,600 - $106,000 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In addition, this position is also eligible to earn a performance-based incentive compensation.
