  • Set performance expectations, monitor ASRS KPIs (accuracy, uptime, error rates), and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Lead inventory accuracy efforts by overseeing cycle counting, reconciliation, discrepancy investigations, and ensuring SAP/WMS (Warehouse Management System) transaction discipline and FIFO (First‑In, First‑Out order) compliance.
  • Ensure controlled inventory processes meet all documentation, storage, and movement‑tracking requirements.
  • Direct the kitting strategy to ensure accurate, timely, and complete kits aligned with production priorities, while standardizing workflows for efficiency and traceability.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end material flow-from receiving through ASRS to production, removing bottlenecks, optimizing labor and equipment use, and ensuring smooth communication across all shifts.

  • 3-5+ years of manufacturing or production experience, ideally in bulk chemicals, compounding, or liquid processing.
