Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading daily production activities, ensuring operational objectives are achieved while maintaining exceptional standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This individual will oversee personnel, monitor departmental performance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and implement improvements that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and develop production employees to maximize team performance and engagement.
• Monitor departmental metrics and visual management systems to achieve productivity, quality, and cost objectives.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, equipment issues, process inefficiencies, and safety concerns.
