Pay Rate: $60k-$72k

Education: Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field required
Experience: 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience required
Leadership: Previous supervisory experience preferred
Skills: Experience with ERP systems and Lean Manufacturing principles required

Our growing client is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a passion for driving productivity, developing employees, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring quality, safety, and on-time production.

Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor will include:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production schedules and customer requirements
• Lead, coach, and motivate production employees to achieve performance and quality goals
• Adjust schedules and priorities to respond to changing production demands
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor and analyze department KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance
• Identify process improvements that increase efficiency, productivity, and quality
• Utilize ERP systems to manage production reporting, scheduling, and operational data
• Conduct team meetings and communicate production goals and expectations
• Support employee performance management, coaching, evaluations, and documentation
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives

Qualifications for the role of Production Supervisor:

• Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field required
• 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience required
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of electrical or electronic manufacturing processes preferred
• Experience with ERP systems, including production planning, inventory control, and shop floor operations
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
