Description

This 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Supervising daily fabrication and production activities
• Coordinating material flow through the department
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives for equipment and processes
• Developing and managing departmental budgets and cost reduction efforts
• Collaborating with planning, engineering, sales, and production teams
• Ensuring compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and labor agreements

Profile

A Successful 2nd Shift Production Supervisor will have:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in manufacturing supervision
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Familiarity with ISO procedures
• Understanding of production and inventory management
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
