Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, "working leader" to oversee a specialized production team in Geneva.  As the Production Supervisor, you will manage a team of 4–5 skilled individuals, ensuring high-quality output while remaining active on the shop floor. You will be responsible for keeping the workflow steady, cross-training staff, and maintaining equipment. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, motivate, and mentor a small production crew; manage daily schedules to ensure all stations are covered.
  • Work alongside the team to process metal coils into finished covers for the agricultural, mining, and wastewater industries.
  • Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
  • Perform mechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on production machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Act as the primary bridge between the shop floor and management, providing input on process improvements.
 
Qualifications:
  • Deep experience in sheet metal manufacturing is mandatory.
  • Proven track record as a Lead, Foreman, or Supervisor who has successfully trained and developed staff.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude for machinery maintenance.
  • Experience in welding aluminum is considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a "lead-by-example" work ethic.
