Oversees staffing, safety, production, quality, equipment performance, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities include assigning work, monitoring production and downtime, resolving operational and employee issues, maintaining records, and coaching team members. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, and basic computer skills, with knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment preferred.Candidates will gain hands-on leadership experience overseeing approximately 20-25 employees in a union manufacturing environment, while being responsible for safety, production, equipment coordination, employee matters, and continuous improvement.Education/Experience:High school diploma or GED required.
