Production Supervisor

Hiring for a hands-on Production Supervisor.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can solve problems, develop employees, and maintain a productive, safety-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production activities to meet performance goals.

• Coach, train, and develop team members.

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

• Monitor equipment performance, product quality, and operational productivity.

• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and resources to meet production demands.

• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing (if you are currently a production lead, apply!)

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production equipment.

• Proven ability to motivate employees and manage performance.

• Experience improving production processes and reducing downtime.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable making decisions, resolving issues, and leading by example.
