Production Supervisor - Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)

The Production Supervisor will oversee all first-shift assembly operations at my client's new facility in the western suburbs. This role will serve as a critical Manufacturing leader, responsible for developing and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving the implementation of LEAN and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Description

• Supervise all production activities and ensure optimal productivity.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve operational objectives.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement improvements to production processes.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and organize necessary repairs.
• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with management.

Profile

• 5+ years' experience overseeing production teams of 40+.
• A candidate who is bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Track record leading projects to improve production efficiency and reduce waste & costs.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software and equipment.
• Background in assembly environments strongly preferred.

Job Offer

• A salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 Depending on level of experience.
• Quarterly bonuses, paid out based on personal metrics & company performance.
