Our client, a Automotive Manufacturing company, is looking for a Production Supervisor for their Bowling Green, KY location.
Responsibilities:
Successful candidate will be a production supervisor in general assembly. They will be managing a group of represented hourly employees in the day-to-day operation of vehicle manufacturing.
Successful candidate must perform functions as it relates to safety, people, quality, responsiveness and environmental. These duties include, but not limited to:
Ensuring quality vehicles are built within the department and non-conformance is followed up on.
Throughput efficiencies and measured and improved upon daily.
Manage cost through scrap reduction initiatives
Problem solving of issues within the department.
People management and issue resolution between employees and quick grievance resolution.

Requirements:
Associate degree required (4-year degree is not required)
Years of experience requirement: 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
High energy, fast paced
Computer skills – PowerPoint, Microsoft, Excel, Google Docs/Forms
