Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach production team members to meet daily output, quality, and safety goals
• Oversee all aspects of protein processing, packaging, and equipment operation
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or workflow to maintain efficiency
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company food safety standards
• Conduct routine line checks, equipment inspections, and sanitation verifications
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with maintenance when needed
• Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and inventory reporting
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, throughput, and waste reduction
• Foster a positive, accountable, and safety‑driven team culture
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food, proteins, or related manufacturing environments
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to lead teams in a hands‑on, fast‑paced production setting
• Solid problem‑solving skills and comfort working with production equipment
• Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support production demands
