Production Supervisor
About the Team:
The Production Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a production team in a manufacturing environment, ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently while meeting quality standards and production targets.

+ Lead, coach, and develop team leaders and production employees to foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
+ Drive production performance and OEE by meeting goals for safety, quality, delivery, availability, and efficiency.
+ Coordinate daily production activities, prioritize work, assign resources, and ensure schedules and business objectives are met.
+ Monitor operations and escalate production, quality, maintenance, or staffing issues to support timely resolution.
+ Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication, employee engagement, coaching, mentoring, and regular performance discussions.
+ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, company policy, work instruction, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping standards.
+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, operational efficiency, quality improvement, and problem-solving.
+ Use KPIs, SAP, and business systems to monitor performance, support decisions, manage time and attendance, and maintain operational continuity.
Your profile as a Production Supervisor:
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing plant leadership role; automotive industry experience preferred.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to solve problems, analyze data, and make sound decisions.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
+ Dynamic, driven, and energetic team player who performs well under pressure and tight deadlines.
+ Strong organizational and task management skills.
