The Role: Were looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading teams, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality results. What Youll Do: As a Production Supervisor, youll take ownership of daily production operations while leading and developing a high-performing team. Youll play a key role in ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the production floor. Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet and exceed production targets Develop and execute production schedules to ensure smooth operations Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and support product changes or launches Ensure all products meet established quality standards through audits and inspections Troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective solutions Manage production documentation and reporting for leadership visibility Drive cost efficiency by identifying savings opportunities and optimizing resources Support team development through training, feedback, and performance management What Youll Bring: Youre a proactive leader who can balance operational priorities with team engagement. Youre comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and adapting to changing demands. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field 4+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment At least 1 year of people management or team leadership experience Strong understanding of inventory management principles and systems Proven ability to analyze data and drive process improvements Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience developing and implementing operational procedures The estimated salary range for this position is $80K to $90k. plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
