Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and hands-on professional to oversee daily production operations in a pallet manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for leading a team, supporting safe and efficient workflows, and helping ensure that products are completed on time and meet quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to support efficient manufacturing operations.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to promote accountability, safety, and productivity.
• Monitor workflow, scheduling, staffing, and production priorities to meet customer demands.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process and address issues promptly.
• Support compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with maintenance, inventory, and operations teams to reduce downtime and improve output.
• Track production metrics and report performance, concerns, and improvement opportunities to management.
• Help train new employees and reinforce best practices for equipment use and work processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen overall production performance.
• Manage day-to-day problem solving to keep work moving safely and effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial supervision role.
• Experience in pallet manufacturing, wood products, or a related environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Working knowledge of production processes, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and respond to changing needs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
• Basic computer skills for reporting, tracking, and communication purposes.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
