Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Supervisors for a food manufacturing company in Cold Spring, MN. In this role, you'll help lead daily production operations, support employee training and development, and ensure quality, efficiency, and food safety standards are consistently met. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Production Supervisor:
Supervise and support daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
Assist with machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
Verify production orders, inventory, and bill of materials within the ERP system
Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and performance review documentation
Track and maintain production metrics, downtime, waste, quality records, and cleaning schedules
Support preventive maintenance activities and maintain accurate operational records
Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, quality, and company safety standards
What You Need to Bring to the Production Supervisor Role:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience
Ability to read, write, and interpret work instructions and documentation in English
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience preferred
Experience with SAP, AX, or other ERP/inventory management systems preferred
Experience working in GMP, HACCP, food production, or other high-speed manufacturing environments preferred
