Adecco is looking for career-minded individuals to join a company in Des Plaines, IL. The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery objectives are consistently achieved. This role provides floor-level leadership, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with QMS requirements and established production processes. The Production Supervisor acts as the primary link between Production Operators and the Production Manager and/or Operations Manager, enabling smooth production flow and development of capable, motivated teams

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.

  • Effective communication skills for workforce coordination.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP systems, and production software.

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (5S/6S, Kaizen, takt time, flow optimization, waste reduction).

  • Ability to interpret production metrics and implement corrective actions.

  • Understanding of ISO 9001, quality inspection checkpoints, and nonconformance handling.

  • Assembly and manufacturing experience

  • Bi-lingual Spanish Speaking

Strong ability to enforce safety rules, lead safety talks, and maintain compliant work environments.

Shift is Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm

Paying $27-$33 an Hour DOE

Pay Details: $27.00 to $33.00 per hour
