In this role, you’ll lead daily production operations, ensure high-quality powder coating results, and support a safe and efficient shop environment. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a Production Supervisor:- Oversee shop staff, equipment, and daily operations to ensure safety and compliance
- Manage the production schedule and ensure output targets and deadlines are met
- Train, supervise, and motivate employees while providing performance feedback
- Monitor product quality and ensure powder coating standards are consistently achieved
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
- Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Operate and monitor the powder coating line while supporting continuous improvement efforts
What You Need to Bring to the Production Supervisor Role:- Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of safety practices and production workflows
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production deadlines
- Reliable transportation to the New Ulm, MN area
