Production Supervisor

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a skilled Production Supervisor for a client in Elkridge, MD in the manufacturing industry. This role is focused on leading shift operations, managing production employees, and supporting in the delivery of efficient and high-quality production outcomes. Salary based upon experience starting at $70,000 with the potential to grow into a manager role. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to support performance and growth.
• Oversee daily operations and resource planning to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Coordinate activities across teams and communicate updates as needed.
• Monitor priorities and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
• Review work quality, identify issues, and implement improvements.
• Complete required administrative and system-related tasks.
• Manage inventory and support operational processes.
• Provide cross-functional support and maintain operational continuity.
• Oversee facility, equipment, and general maintenance needs.
• Handle employee-related matters in accordance with company policies.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and professionalism while supporting additional business needs as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of production supervisory experience preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong computer skills specifically in Microsoft Office
