The Production Supervisor role is a direct hire position based in Eustis, FL, working from 3:00PM to 11:30PM with a salary range of $70K-$80K.
As a key leader, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations, supervise and train leads and operators, and ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
You will coordinate production planning, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering, at least 2 years of supervision experience in food/beverage manufacturing, and knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, and GMPs. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with manufacturing systems are preferred.
