What You’ll Get to Do

The Production Supervisor is focused on leading personnel, coordinating workflow, and ensuring all production schedules are completed daily. 

This role is perfect for an individual who possesses leadership skills, strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include: 

  • Lead personnel and coordinate production workflow across multiple departments on one shift
  • Lead and mentor production staff and other supervisors, providing coaching, training and performance feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes (e.g. quality, supply chain, opex)
  • Resolve production issues quickly and effectively to maintain smooth operations

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 3-5 years leadership/supervision experience in an industrial setting; extrusion experience
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong understanding of production processes and safety standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
  • Experience in inventory management and cost control
