Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Maintenance, to address any production issues.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity.
Prepare and maintain production reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Train new employees on production processes and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production efficiency.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
