First Shift Production Supervisor

We are seeking a First Shift Production Supervisor for one of their "Flagship" operations. As the First Shift Supervisor you will oversee a team of over 25-50 Production Associates and 3 leads. This is a very high paced manufacturing effort, which has been recognized worldwide for their efficiency of operations. Promotional opportunities are frequent for "Top Performing" individuals!

Relocation is provided, along with an extremely good benefit package.

Position reports to the Production Manager.

Qualifications:

2 years of prior Production Management experience in a highly regulated Food manufacturing environment.

• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of leading and training
• Strong Continuous Improvement and floor engagement skills
• Degree is desired, but off-setting experience will be heavily considered
