Production Manager

$75,000–$100,000 Annually
Full-Time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at our flexographic printing facility in Modesto, CA . This position is responsible for overseeing production performance, workflow efficiency, employee development, equipment reliability, quality standards, and overall plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily production operations and scheduling to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on time
• Lead and support production teams while promoting accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Monitor workflow, production quality, and operational performance across departments
• Troubleshoot production, equipment, staffing, and material issues to minimize downtime and delays
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, inventory control, and facility operations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized production environment
• Work closely with customer service and production teams to meet customer deadlines and expectations
Qualifications:
• Previous Production Manager or manufacturing leadership experience required
• Experience in printing, flexographic, packaging, or related manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with production scheduling, quality control, and employee development
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
