The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations during first shift in a high-volume food production facility. Supervisors are empowered to lead from the floor, influence performance, and drive continuous improvement in a safety-first, quality-driven environment.DescriptionSupervise and coordinate production activities, including batching, filling, bottling, and bulk production processes.Ensure compliance with GMP, OSHA, and other safety and quality standards.Monitor and improve line efficiency while minimizing downtime and waste.Lead, train, and mentor production team members to achieve performance goals.Manage inventory control, including materials and supplies for production needs.Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines and customer demand.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.Oversee maintenance of equipment such as cryovac, Winpak, and other specialized machinery.
