This role is on-site and demands a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Highlights of the role include managing team activities to ensure products meet both customer specifications and delivery timelines, and championing the training and development of Mixing and Packaging Leads, alongside an effective cross-trained team. Key responsibilities also involve maintaining rigorous safety and quality compliance standards, verifying food safety documentation, and liaising with Maintenance to minimize downtime.
You'll have the authority to make critical decisions in real-time and hold the power to stop production if safety or quality are compromised. This position is ideal for someone with at least two years of leadership experience in a food manufacturing setting, proficient in industry standards such as HACCP, GMP, and comfortable with the physical demands of the job.
