We are hiring a 1st shift Production Supervisor at our Company Headquarters, conveniently located off 694 and University Avenue in Fridley, MN.
Summary:
Reviva seeks a passionate leader to join our growing team. In this critical role, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of Reviva components. You'll lead and motivate your team to consistently deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day leadership of Reviva production employees.
- Provide ongoing leadership and direction to Team Leads and Manufacturing Techs.
- Align teams focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost (SQDC) and Culture to ensure you are driving expected behavior and results.
- Ensure quality product is flowing through the department on time to meet customer expectations, proactively removing obstacles for employees as necessary.
- Monitor the performance of team members to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Partner with Human Resources to interview and hire new employees for your department.
- Manage internal customer/supplier relationships between your own and adjacent departments.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Production Manager concerning performance in Machining.
- Effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Lead and support lean and continuous improvement initiatives to always improve
- Maintain a safe environment for employees, proactively looking for ways to reduce accidents to zero
- Comply with company and department policies, processes and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Step in to lead other departments to cover for vacations or absences.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or Post High School education preferred.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Previous Leadership experience as a Supervisor or Lead required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and influence others to attain objectives.
- Positive attitude and strong ability to grow and shape shop floor culture.
- Strong problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
- Continuous Improvement and/or Lean experience preferred.
- Systems skills in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Display strong emotional intelligence by recognizing own emotions & their effects, while knowing strengths and limitations

Work Environment/Physical demand:
This position offers a unique work environment that combines the hands-on experience of a manufacturing floor with the focus and collaboration of an office setting. You will spend time on our fast – paced manufacturing floor working alongside and overseeing skilled operators, while also dedicating time for administrative and operational duties sitting at a desk and attending necessary operational meetings utilizing computer and software systems. The shop floor is fast paced and is usually hot and/or humid during peak summer months. PPE required at all times on the manufacturing floor.
