Production Supervisor FT

Provides supervision, support and services to Individuals with Developmental Disabilities in obtaining job skills in order to work independently in community employment through the assembly, production, and packaging contract work for ArcWorks business customers. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the set-up, production, quality, and on-time delivery of large scale, controlled environment, and/or technical assembly (wiring/cable assembly, soldering, electro-mechanical assembly) of customer products.

Minimum Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing/production setting as a Group Leader, Team Leader or Supervisor.
• One year's experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Experience in training on a one-to-one basis preferred.
• Basic mechanical and/or electrical experience and basic blueprint reading required.
• Ability to read and comprehend complex and detailed work instructions.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
