Our client in the Gardner, MA area is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team!
Your qualifications for the Production Supervisor position are as follows:
Associate Degree or equivalent leadership experience will be considered
2+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong computer skills including Microsoft office, Teams, Excel and Word
Ability to read blueprints and process sheets
CNC turning and milling experience
Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrated leadership ability
Ability to manage time and work effectively while multitasking
Must have strong work ethic and lead by example

Full time Monday Friday 1st shift hours
$75,000-90,000+ based on skills and experience

As the Production Supervisor your duties will include:
Manage daily production activities and quality
Track and report daily goal status
Organize and balance workflow
Ensure safe working environment and adherence to company policies
Create and improve standard operating procedures
Supervise team and create performance/development goals
Provide coaching, discipline for team members
Employee relations
Implement/conduct training programs
Collaborate with other departments to meet company objectives
Other related duties as requested
