Lead and supervise production personnel utilizing procedures and work instructions to meet or exceed customer and company requirements for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Whar can you look forward as a Production Supervisor:
+ Team leadership for assigned team leaders and employees.
+ Create a positive results-oriented work environment through coaching and mentoring of team leaders and employees.
+ Serve as liaison between employees and company.
+ Ensure safe and issue free work environment.
+ Maintain and improve production performance processes through waste reduction, problem solving and continuous improvement activity.
Your profile as a Production Supervisor:
+ High School diploma or GED
+ 2-4+ years of related experience
+ Proven interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
+ Proficient computer skills, strong MS Office (Excel) and knowledge
+ Problem solving skills
